“Women in Tech Summit” is an event held by Microsoft on March 2022 at the 4 seasons on enhancing the role of women for innovation in the technology sector.

The event was held in coinciding with the celebration of women month under the theme of “Empowered Women, Empowered Egypt” in the attendance of H.E. Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of ICT, H.E Dr. Rania Al-Mashat Minister of International Cooperation, and H.E. Dr. Yasmine Fouad, Minister of Environment, and Ms. Nicole Shampaine – Deputy Chief of Mission at the US Embassy in Egypt, alongside a plethora of prominent business leaders in Egypt.

The idea behind the event was to shed light on empowering women at work in the technology sector, how diversity and inclusion will help to achieve economic growth in Egypt as well as discussing the importance of entrepreneurship and the challenges facing women to achieve success in the digital world

• To expose the event’s message through press releases and by inviting targeted Journalists and TV channels to attain media coverage.
• To invite the female Journalists in the IT sector to align with the event theme “Empowered Women, Empowered Egypt
